French Camp 2015: 28 February - Mount Rainier HS

A message from Angela Lewi, Tina Irish, and Meghan Schumacher:

We'd like to invite you to participate in French Camp! French camp for students in French 3 and above will be a one day event hosted at Mount Rainier HS in Des Moines, Saturday, February 28,11am-10pm.

The activities will be the same for the most part (mini-cours, diner français, sketchs, danse Mardi Gras, etc.).   Since it is not an overnight, the cost will be $20 which includes a t-shirt, catered dinner, cover activities & custodial fees.

We are hoping to do most of the meetings "online" through email and only have one face-to-face meeting.  This means that everyone who is planning to come to camp must be at the one meeting: Sunday, January 11, 1-4pm in Des Moines.

Due to finances, we will be requiring schools to pay upfront for camp this year and we must have our numbers set by the January 11 meeting (invoices sent Jan. 12, payment due Jan. 30).

We are super excited about camp this year and are hoping more schools and students will have the opportunity to participate!  Start recruiting your students now!

If you are interested in participating this year, please contact your co-directors: Angela Lewis, Tina Irish, or Meghan Schumacher
